Shipping Policy

When goods are purchased from Quality Shopping Network, we guarantee delivery within 2 to 3 weeks at the designated location from the date we receive your payment. Alternatively, the delivery can be picked up at one of our locations details provided at the point in time. The name on the authorizing Bankcard or an appointed authorized person has to be present to receive the delivery.

Return Policy

All goods purchased online are returnable after orders are placed and before 5pm close of next business day. For instance, good purchase on Sunday can be cancelled anytime the following day before 5pm of Next Day Monday.  However, because of handling cost there will be a 25% restocking fee on the cost price of goods ordered and cancelled by customers.

We have the right to cancel any order placed on our site if we feel the order was placed fraudulently or if we are unable to fulfill the delivery of the goods within an acceptable business timeframe for our customers.

In such any case the party will be notified with detailed information by email regarding such actions.
